I eat almost everything. But, yes when I do feel that my skin has lost its glow, I eat lots of fruits and vefggies. I also drink loads of water.
My weight does tend to fluctuate. But I tackle that by doing simple exercises like walking, jogging or skipping. I don’t go to a gym but I do cardio exercises.
I wash my face as many times as possible and I don’t use a scrub on my face. At times I also smear the fruits that I eat on my face. I feel this is one of the best home remedies. My beauty products come from Dinyar Workingboxwalla and that keeps my face glowing. Besides that, I sleep well and don’t smoke, so I guess that helps. And lastly, if you are happy and stable, it shows on your face. So always stay chilled!
