With an eye-catching smile and next generation girl's looks, this cutie damsel is now Bollywood's newest pin-up girl.
Here Genelia is sharing her fashion secrets...
Favourite designers: I'm not a very highly styled person. I'm more of a tee-and-jeans girl. However, I like Armani, Zara and Manish Malhotra. I loved what Ashley Rebello did for Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, everyone's style was unique. I also like working with different designers and love the look Surily Goel put together for me in my next film It's My Life with Harman Baweja.
Favourite shopping destination: I dig comfort, and I like to shop in Dubai. You get all the brands there and it's just a two hours flight from Mumbai.
Fashion crime: Wearing something that doesn't suit you, your style or your personality. It's a crime to wear things just because they are in vogue.
Style mantra: My signature style is jeans and a T-shirt. But when I have to dress up, I like wearing stilettos, wedge heels or pumps. If I need to look glam, I go in for the classic look with a white shirt, blue jeans and pumps.
Favourite Colours: White and blue. I love wearing vibrant colours once in a while.
What do you splurge on? I like buying them where I go. Same goes for sunglasses, shoes and bags.
Always in my bag: Perfume, cell phone, sunglasses, mascara, light lip gloss and khol.
One thing that I want to buy: I wouldn't mind a nice watch sometime soon.
My winter style: I love dressing up in winter. I dig colourful mufflers, jackets with lot of pockets, cosy sweaters, nice tights and colourful socks. I have fun layering, mixing and matching.
Day style: Jeans and a T-shirt. I like to keep it simple.
On a night out: May be a nice dress or jeans with a nice shirt and high heels.
On a bad hair day: I tie it all up.
